I move to Monaco Lakes few months ago and so far I feel good living here. My apartment was clean and ready when I move in. ... I pay $999 and for that price I get a lot. There is gym, pools and a dog park. For the gym though I walk to chuze close by. Sometimes the water does go off for repairs, but I know it’s old building and that happen. For me it's not a big problem. I see other apartments in Denver and they cost much more or look worse and feel not safe or clean. This place at least look nice with trees and green areas. The office was good to me when I apply. Karina help me with everything and explain slow so I understand. I like that I can walk to store and work, I don’t have car so that help a lot. Moving from another state and being here for a year. I have found that a shift has occurred with the management team here. ... Not only keeping the property looking good. Allowing us to have plots to grow food, keeping up on maintenance work, and ensuring as a community we are keeping up the value….
